I’m really really sorry that it took more time than I thought it would be. I started again with my third year at college and the competition of badminton started also. But I have made too many excuses now. Let me tell you something about the second part of my holiday. I will tell you something about Switzerland: The beautiful landscape, the scary mountains, the scary dam, the international city Genève and last but not least the lovely (or hateful) beerbike. Most of you know that I finished my second year at college. I passed all my exams again in once and I passed the subject Spanish with an excellent for all the exams! It was time to celebrate my holiday.
I told you that I wanted to go to Paris for the World Championships. Unfortunately, I found nobody that wanted to go there and I had no money to go by myself. So where did I went now?
My mom’s cousin told us a year ago that he is going to marry in the summer of 2010. He lives in Germany so my brother said that it was a good opportunity to go to Austria or Switzerland. It is not far from Germany. So we planned a vacation: a few days Germany and a week to Switzerland. (more…)

After a delay of  10 days, I can put this blogpost on my weblog. I was delayed because my grandmother went back to Iran after three monts and I wanted to spent my time with her. And I was also too busy with watching football.

It was more than an half year ago that I went to Milan to linejudge at the European Junior Championship. When I came back I couldn’t wait until the next tournament. I waited to a new invitation and the time was still flying.
After my birthdayparty I began with a new course at school. My last course was almost excellent. I’ve never had grades like this before in just one course. I had an A (it’s similair to a 10 in Europe) for my favourite subject: Spanish.

A lot of things happened this week. I had to finish my project. I had to linejudge at the Dutch Open and last but not least I had a propedeuse ceremony.
I told you before my holiday I finished my first year of my study. This is important in the Netherlands because you will get a propedeuse. If you didn’t finish your first year in two years than you should stop with your study.
A few days before the Dutch Open began I heard that I would have a propedeuse ceremony on Thursday 15 October. But I had to linejudge and I had an important appointment on this day. I cancelled my appointment, but I couldn’t cancel Dutch Open of course. (more…)

I think you all know that my roots are from Iran. But do you also know that I visit my family there? I visit them since 2001. After summer 2003 my mom told me and my brother that we are not going to visit Iran every year anymore. We are going to another country in the even years and we are going to Iran in the uneven years.
And this year was an uneven year so it was time to go visit our family again. But this year wasn’t the same as the others. I couldn’t believe that we were going on holiday without my brother. He had some problems with his conscription, but I think it will be okay as soon as possible.

A friend of Italy came last week to the Netherlands. He asked me to be his guide and I didn’t know actually what I could show him. He wanted to see Amsterdam, of course. But what could I show in Amsterdam. I’ve never been there as a tourist, sometimes for a schooltrip or sometimes for shopping.
I looked on the internet and I search some places. He also helped me to say what he really wanted to see. After 2 weeks surfing on the internet, looking for pictures when I was young, I found some places. We didn’t visit them all, but I will tell you the most important places to visit as a tourist. I added a post almost a month ago. So it’s time for a new one.
A lot of things happened last week.

I had holiday, but I wasn’t celebrating my holiday. I studied a lot because I want to get my propedeuse (which is very important for my study) at once without any re-examination. The subject I studied, consumor behaviour, was very difficult because the book was in English. That’s why it takes so long to study the chapters. I was losing my concentration all the time and I studied sometimes four hours for one chapter. (more…)
